Pando sharing file software!!

Hey fellas!

First of all once again i wanna thank you guys for all your help and support. I'm very happy that this forum exist.

My question here is the following. Is it safe to install a software like this one :http://www.pando.com/ to share and send files to clients? I mean will software like will open doors to malware or spywares etc..?

Just cheked the link you sent me and read it all and i already configured Pando. And i don't let it start when WINDOWS starts. No way. But was there anything that i should be carrefull of Pando?
