Parking rates for Manhattan on a Google map API

    I've never seen anything as sophisticated as this before involving the API - the website (http://www.nycgarages.com) compares parking rates at garages and lots in Manhattan, NYC for daily and monthly parking. I wonder how much logic is involved in the rate calculations.
