hmph. im in XP caus im leet, and i want to...

To create a partition or logical drive
    Using the Windows interface

    Open Computer Management (Local).
In the console tree, click Disk Management.
    Where?

    Computer Management (Local)
    Storage
    Disk Management

Right-click an unallocated region of a basic disk, and then click New Partition, or right-click free space in an extended partition, and then click New Logical Drive.

but its all used up by my existing partitions (there is free space) and none of them is extended - can i extendify my current C: partition or decrease the size of it? its a 144 GB partition with 86 free, and want to create a 40 GB partition (it can be as small as 20 GB but i wanna be safe) that is 'bootable' and a 10 GB 'storage' partition to hold the setup files for the new os, as I am told that the new partition wont bbe able to see the partition i am typing on right now. Can i do this? without deleting all my stuffs? my stuffs is cool. i wubs my stuffs

I can use it from inside windows. is there anything else like that? with a working eval or better yet FREE?
