Lots of folks seem to like Acronis. I've personally never used it. I've used BootIt NG numerous times, and Super FDisk; I've been able to do just about any type of partition task with those two programs. You should also check out the Ultimate Boot CD (www.ubcd.com). It's a free download of an .iso image that you'll burn to CD. When you boot to it, you have TONS of different tools to choose from: HD diagnostics, RAM diagnostics, system info tools, HD cloning apps, partition tools, and lots more. Check it out!

You can find lots of other partition type of stuff in the Drive Utilities downloads here at Major Geeks.

Since you're willing to spend money, Paragon Partition Manager has always worked for me.
