Hmmm... I know that BootIT allows you to expand your Windows partition safely, but I'm not sure about creating a 2nd one. The safest way would be to image your current XP install to another drive temporarily, then repartition and reformat your drive as needed, then copy the XP image back. But then you'd still need to install a boot manager. You could try running several defrag program to move all your files to the front of the drive as much as possible. Double check this using a drive mapping application that shows where all your data is on the drive. If your HD is less than 30% or 40% full, most of the data should be on the 'front' third or front half of the hard dive. Then use something like Partition Logic or maybe Super FDisk to create the 2nd partition. Whether you can do this without damaging your current Xp install... I'm not 100% sure, but in theory, it seems possible. A nice slow look through the Drive Utilities download section here at Major Geeks should provide you with some good tools. In any case, you'll still need some type of boot manager to handle the different partitions and OSes.

You can not install OS X on a non-Apple computer.

Yes, you can install windows on an Apple.
It is against Apple's EULA to try and hack and install OS X on a pc.
