Party Poker Pop Up's.

Hi,

I have a problem where as a Pop Up called "Party Poker" (and several other tpyes of Poker adverts) keep appearing every 10 minutes or so - i have Avast Anti-Virus and this doesn't help, also downloaded AVG and this doesn't help find anything either.... I have downloaded Spybot and this eventually did find serveral Spyware/Viruses and deleted them but hasn't resolved the problem in hand.

Is there anything you can suggest I can look for in the registry ? or any software I could run for this ?

I am new to this site so please let me know if any other info is needed.
