Password Failure

Recently I had to open new accounts. I keep getting error messages that the email does not exist, and the password is wrong. I have checked again and again and reset the password about eleventy thousand times, had help from the personnel at the sites which I am setting up an account at. Yet still keeps happening. Maybe it is something on my machine. So I went thru the read me first, but MGTools wont run, it was almost impossible to download too. There is an error message: cannot fine batch.exe I have attached everything else.

 

MY mistake. Error is get log.exe. System Lenovo think pad, win10pro, opera, edge.

 

I don't know what is going on, One account has determined that the problem after all is at their end, Also password manager kept refreshing I reloaded it and it works ok now, I now find that I get a set clock warning every time I fire it up, after online research I have ordered a battery for the BIOS. I will wait and see what happens when that gets here. Everything is ok now. Lets see what happens.
