Just recently on my laptop in dial up connections my password has been changing to a different password, I have since learned that this may possibly be a security problem in which my password is deleted somehow and something like click here for password is put in its place (off course encrypted), this has never happened before and it only came about after my telephone company told me to add a further four digits to the beginning of my ISPs telephone number to gain entry to the internet, its simple enough to gain access by deleteing the password entry and put my own password in, however my family also use the laptop and need access, so all I want to do is for it to remain, ticking the box to save password does not work at all, I've even delved into various areas in dial up connection settings to no avail, can some one please help, thankyou.

Have you tried deleting that internet connection completely and starting over from scratch? Set up a new internet connection altogether and delete the one you have set up right now. That might do the trick.
