password recovery on msn

    i was on dc when i made a friend andhe sent me amessage in msn when i accepted him hesent the file which ive deleted from my pc but he has hacked my pc and took over my msn how do i get my password back because hes also changed the security question this person is part of the group that calls themselves team elite on the dc++ net work can some one help please

    1. Call MSN and have the password/hints changed
    2. Check for viruses
    3. Check for spyware
    4. If all else fails, reformat your box and stay off ICQ. ;)
