Password recovery

    I have a computer with 2000 professional installed but do not have the local administrator's password. Is there any way I can recover this password? Also, is there a way that I can recover a password used to protect a file such as Word document? Thanks.

    If you can log on with another account i would recommend using cain&abel to get the admin password.
