paste batch file

    hello all, I have a question and it may be simple to answer but i'm not a programmer lol. anywho, I have to do repetative copy and paste from a word doc to emails, kind of like an auto response thing. I was wondering how I could make a batch file for each response I have to put in and just click on it to paste the text where it needs to go, I use lotus notes for email, version 7 or its inotes web counterpart also. anyone have any ideas?

    ? Maybe just copy & paste into Notepad > save it > open email provider > New email > INSERT > Text from file > browse to your saved Notepad doc...

    hmm didn't think of that path, maybe i can macro that as an auto text... but its the speed i'm looking for, its very repetative (needlessly i think) thanks for the direction!

    Is it the entire doc, or just a portion of it? If the entire doc, you can click File, Send, and then email. Should send the doc as an attachment.
