Patches for older Win O/S

Has anyone heard of a group called ZERT-Zeroday Emergency Response Team?
in CNet Download they were hyped as coming up with security patches for Win98. Just want to make sure this isn't a scam. Thanks.

Nitecrawler--G'day mate and good on you for quick response.(sorry, that's all the Aussie I know) I am assuming that this is a real group or you would have said otherwise. It's just that I have learned that what sounds good ain't exactly the same as being good. Again Thanks.
