PC Acting Up

Got something odd going on with my pc. Have run ad-aware, MSFT Malware tools, Antivirus, Reg Mech and cant seem to figure out.

Today my PC blue screened once and I didnt get a chance to see the error msg before it dissapeared... Anyways, I'm back up and almost running at 100%. However, can't start AOL IM or Itunes. I've removed and re-installed, but still not running. Both programs start up if you look at processes in Task Manager, but never get 'active'. I'll attach a HJT log file if it helps.... BUT would really appreciate a hand.
