pc-cillin and internet access

running winxp home
netgear router wgt624v3 with trend micro AV and internet security
problem is while internet security is running, No access to the internet-and cannot access the router-
If i unload the internet security(pc-cillin) from memory, everything works, i can surf to my hearts content, and I can access the router...
I have tried everything i can think of to get this software(firewall-virus scan-trojan-etc etc) to work, to no avail,,,plz see my other post with appropriate files required for posting...

Hi and Welcome

As you have already done some tests by uninstaling PC-Cillin and then you could connect to the internet, it leads me to belive that the firewall component of PC-Cillin's Interent Security has blocked your access to your router, to try the below steps from Trend to resolve,
