my scan. The file connected with this is javali32.exe in the system32 subfolder. The computer will not let me copy and paste this somewhere else so that I can have a backup copy if I delete and wind up needing it. As such, I don't know if it is safe to delete it. Is this malware, or is it a valid system file?

I've already tried quarantine, but that action keeps failing, so I'm left with either deleting it, or ignoring the warning box that keeps popping up during my scan.
