PC does not boot up when powered on

    I have a Acer Aspire M5640 that does not boot up. The LED's light up but i get nothing on the monitor. I tried verifying each internal component (Hard drive, processor, RAM, DVD drive) and they are all working fine. The video card is onboard. I need help. This computer is less than a year old.​
