Pc Errors And A Messed Up Pc Please Help Me

I keep getting this error and others

I contacted the manufacturer (emachines) and they said a few differnt thing can fx it one said reset the ram and that didnt help the other said it is a malutious scripts error and i have to buy their antivirus and spyware software. and another said i have to use tyhe windows xp software disc that i never had to fix the problem

Its a windows xp home edition
I know some things about computers but im not a genius
When i get the error either the pc goes off, restarts, or blue screen pops up with white letters or it goes black but the pc is still on?


please help me

Sounds as if your having hardware problems, I would post this over in the Hardware Forum first, see what those guys can come up with and if needed they will send you back here.
