Pc Freeze While Gaming, About 3/4 Times At Months, What Is The Cause?

Hi everyone, I have a problem that has always plagued my build, namely total PC freeze during gaming sessions, this problem happens approximately 3-4 times a month, always while I'm playing, the image freezes completely and the computer becomes totally unresponsive, the only way is to press the on button for ten second for totally shutdown pc or press the restart button which restarts the computer but only after many seconds (from 10 to 30 seconds after you press the reboot)

I have no temperature problems, I'm not overclocking, all the components work well (memories tested with memtest and more than enough power supply for my build) I don't even have problems with Windows 10, so at this point I'm wondering what they could possibly depend on these freeze?

There are several possible causes for this problem, such as overheating, hardware issues, software conflicts, inadequate system resources, or outdated drivers. You can try some of the following methods to troubleshoot and fix the issue:

• Run System File Checker and DISM scans to repair any damaged or corrupted system files. You can do this by opening Command Prompt as administrator and typing “sfc /scannow” and “DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth” respectively1
• Update all device drivers to the newest versions. You can do this by going to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking Check for updates. Alternatively, you can download and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website2
• Check your SSD or HDD for any errors or bad sectors. You can do this by opening File Explorer, right-clicking on the drive you want to check, selecting Properties > Tools > Check. You can also use the command “chkdsk /f /r” in Command Prompt as administrator3
• Monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures and make sure they are not too high. You can use a software like HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner to check the temperatures and fan speeds. If your PC is overheating, you may need to clean the dust, improve the airflow, or replace the thermal paste4
• Adjust your game settings and lower the graphics quality, resolution, or frame rate. This can reduce the stress on your system and prevent it from freezing. You can also try disabling any background programs or services that may interfere with your game5
