PC has become very slow

Your problem is not due to malware. It is your system specs. Your logs show that you have the below memory

You cannot run Vista with so little memory and adding McAfee on top of that makes it even worse. For Vista, I recommend 6 times the amount of memory you have ( that is 3 GB ) for proper operation. If you cannot install 3 GB, then install as much as you can or purchase an new PC. I know this old Dell Inspiron 1501 only came with 512 MB but it is just not good enough anymore. I don't really remember how much memory it will allow but a guess would be 2 GB.

Yes but that was when you were using an older version of Vista and probably older versions of protection software like McAfee. Things change with each update. Modern versions of Windows and protection software require much faster PCs with modern processors and much more memory.

You only have 71.5 MB of free memory which would cause a problem even running any version of Windows XP too.
Note: Your grahics card also stole 64MB of your memory because the cheap mother board did not add private memory for the graphics card.

Uninstall McAfee and your PC will run a little better but you will be unprotected.
