pc infected help needed please

ive followed all the relevant instructions as per this site in order and in full.
please find attatched my reports. i have not included bit defender report as it was clean.
but as you can see i have issues.

 

Your HJT log looks good, what problems are you having?

As far as your Panda log, delete these two files below. The other detections, download, install and run CleanUp!.

 

here are those other 2 scan log files im not sure how it happened that i missed them, how do i delete those two files below? using panda or otherwise, i thought unless you bought the full panda you couldnt use it to delete?

Just manually locate the files in my previous post, select, right click and delete them.

Panda will list individual infections if it's file, however if it's registry entries it will give the name of the infection not the entry which makes it just about impossible to remove without purchasing Panda.
