pc infected help needed please

    ive followed all the relevant instructions as per this site in order and in full.
    please find attatched my reports. i have not included bit defender report as it was clean.
    but as you can see i have issues.

    malicious software removal tool removed/repaired

    win32/opaserv


    windows defender found/ removed/repaired
