    A new PC!

I just turned on the PC nothing is being seen on the screen, and PC restarts...
It keeps that in a loop.

    Hi

What are the PC hardware specs? and what Windows version are you installing?

I take it you get no error messages?

To be honest, and is this a home build PC? if not a home build then I would take back to the seller, but if a home build PC then your options are to double check all connections and check in the BIOS that the date and time are correct and the 1st boot device is the main HDD.

Check as nothing is seen onscreen that if your graphic card is a high end new one that it doesnt need an extra power connector as many do these days need the extra 4 pin PSU connection (my GeForce 570 needs two 4 pin connections).

    I build like 2-4 PC's a week.

There is no Operating system on this PC yet.
I think the MB is ****ed up. i turn on the PC and after 5 seconds he gets in to rebooting loop...
