PC keeps booting in safemode

    PC keeps booting in safemode msconfig boot tab is not showing anything.

    i can not get to computer to boot in normal mode no matter what i try.
    the msconfig boot tab is not showing up with any dialog in where the current OS should be, the check boxes for the Boot options are grayed out

    i have tried to sure that msconfig and putting the Disk in the PC and going to the repair option and opening the command prompt and Restore Windows 7 Master Boot Record

    if anyone could help i thank you
