PC keeps shutting down only when connected

    Ok, I ran AVG, Spybot, Adaware nothing! Running Windows 2000 SP4, I can run fine not connected to DSL. When I connect the cable after a reboot it is fine. If I bring my system while its connected or after it sleeps, it will just shutdown. really strange!! Any clues?
