PC - Mac help

    Hi Guys
    I am new on here so be gentle.
    My work has moved from Macs to Pc's and I have a lot of stuff I would like to transfer over.
    I am using win98 and my colleague has xp.
    Is there a prog we can d/load from somewhere preferably free.
