"PC Security Lab" infection

One of the most annoying infections i could imagine anyone having, it constantly spawns info bubbles from its icon in the task bar, and when i attempt to use the task manager it says it has been disabled by the administrator, which is quite alarming to me. I did a scan with NOD32, which found nothing, yet quarantines the process that this malware is using every so often. i probably wont be using NOD anymore after this, thats for sure :/

So i am following the Removing Zlob aka SmitFraud, SpySheriff, Infections thread, hopefully this can get resolved. I cant even begin to describe how grateful i am for forums like this, so here is a preemptive thanks

I have attached the "rapport.txt" file following "step 1" of the guide, and am doing "step 2" now:

Do you still have all the symptoms?

I recommend you run the READ & RUN ME FIRST and post the three requested logs when you finish.
