When I am on my computer chatting on MSN or something else, just randomly an error comes up with a blue background and white font text, saying this:

"STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The Windows SubSystem system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x7c9106c3 0x0069ed04).
The system has been shut down."

What can I do to fix this error?

    Thanks,
    Danny :)

    Hi

Have seen that happen if your using a Sony PC and you have SonicStage Mastering Studio Audio Filter still installed, check add/remove and remove it if installed.

Also what Windows version are you using and is your MSN Messenger the latest version?

Have you uninstalled MSN Mess and re-installed?

If random are you running or started any other software at the time of the crashes?

Have you tried in safe mode with networking to see if you get the same issue?
