Pc Slow / Lagging At Start Up

Evening,
Ive been in the malware group & run various files to clean up my Pc which is running Windows 7 of rubbish / waleware etc that isnt needed.

Ive now had the OK from there to say my Pc is now clean.

Ive come here for advice / help as my Pc takes a while to start up.
Im using Chrome and when my 4 tabs open up if i click one the page freezes / Chrome not responding etc.
I need to wait say 5 minutes before my red light on the front calms done from going bonkers.
Once this happens i can do whatever all day long but as soon as i restart again this happens all over again.

Can you advise how i can track down / fix this issue.
