PC slow on scroll and startup

I've been having some issues with a slow scroll and also still seeing the ad pages when surfing ebay. In addition while using Fb or Ebay(any thing with continuous searches or large scrollbars; there is a lot of lag and Memory resources utilized 300-400K of Memory.

I have read the "Read me First" and have completed all 5 malware scans as requested.

By ad pages I mean; if you click back there are redirecting ad pages in between eBay and my last search; similar to domains found in the HijackThis Hosts.txt file
