PC Slowdown

I've recently noticed a huge slowdown in my laptop, especially in MS Outlook. There is a 10-15 second to see a message after I click on it. I've also noticed a few emails being kicked back by my ISP, they appear to be sent automatically from my laptop, I know I didn't send them. It looks like I've been taken over and I can't find anything. Any help would be great!
