    Hello,

PC Tools Security is on my computer (Windows XP). It is preventing me from running my anti-virus and anti-spyware programs (AVG, Spyware Terminator, and Spy-Bot S&D) as well as using up all of my CPU Usage %. Thus I am unable to do anything about it. I booted into Safe Mode with networking and have downloaded Super Anti-Spyware and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Each program detects trojans and malware, Super Anti-Spyware even says it has quarantined the infected files, but alas when I booted normally the malware is still alive and kicking. Combofix won't load unless I uninstall AVG but AVG won't uninstall.

I can't locate where my SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log is located so I have pasted it below.

    Thank you

Your MBAM log reveals no action taken on the threats it found, did you indeed remove it's findings after attaching the log?

Try running the AVG Removal Tool: AVG Remover(32bit) Read the info here http://www.avg.com/download-tools and make sure you reboot after running it.

Now move onto Combofix and MGTools and attach the C:\MGlogs.zip.

I have removed the files and the computer seems to be working now. Thank you for your help!
