Is this app any good?

 

Take them with a grain of salt,,in other words always BACK-UP!!!! DO you need antispyware,registry repair,or a system tune-up???? Which ever you need PC Tools isn't a bad choice,,just be careful with registry cleaning. And remember,,BACK-UP!!!!

 

I and a few of my friends have been getting charges on Visa from PC Tools that we never ordered.On contacing them they ingore us.I now having BBB after them.

 

Sorry about you misfortunes,,never had any probs myself ,,but BBB is the way to go,I guess.

 

The BBB is rather toothless. After all, they are funded by the fees that companies pay to be listed with them.

You are far more likely to get results with your credit card companies. Call the number on the back of the card and ask for help with an unauthorized billing. After you explain the situation, including the fact that PC Tools did not respond, you should be able to do a chargeback for the disputed amounts.
