PC TV Tuner Software

I'm curious about SnapStream software. Has anyone any experience with this package? Comments will be helpful

what PCI TV tuner card do you have installed?

just in case you didnt realize, use of that software requires a separate compatible TV Tuner card to be installed in your system.

i personally have the Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP and the software that came with the card does just about everything that i want it to do.

Snapstream does look nice with some of its additional uses (WAP features and such) but at the price they are selling it, i'll stick with the included software.

 

Thanks! Actually I'm building a system using an Intel D865GBF mobo with Intel's 2.4C (800MHz) and 1GB Kingston (kit) memory.

To answer your question, I don't have an existing TVTuner or software. SnapStream interested me. I also looked at WinFast and Showshifter. The PC will run at normal specs --no overclocked CPU and memory. System audio/video is onboard. WindowsXP Pro, and a Antec Sonata case.
