    Welcome to MG. :)

Sounds like a bit of a problem. As you are not getting any POST beeps I would think it was one of four things.
    1. Video card
    2. RAM
    3. PSU
    4. Mobo.

Start with the video card - take it out and try a reboot - does it POST now?
No then take the RAM out a stick at a time rebooting each time. If it does start to POST leave out the last thing you took out and replace the other bits of hardware a bit at a time making sure it still POSTs.

If you've taken out the Video card and all the RAM and it still doesn't POST then start unplugging all the peripherals like CD Drives and continue the task.

If uou've unplugged everything check to see if the power LED on the Mobo is lit. If it is then it is likely that the PSU has failed by not supplying all the required voltages. If not it may be a completly failed PSU (you'll need anther to check by plugging it into the mobo. Finally the worst is a fried mobo. :(
