Pcbackup

There's something on my Windows 10 laptop that says it's Windows PC backup but it tries to charge me and it won't go away so I know it's not legit. I went into Control Panel and did uninstall but the ad still comes back (it just no longer shows up on programs list). There's a reminder first and I quit it thru task manager but the ad still comes up and won't let me move it or close it or esc out. I have to restart my machine. I've looked at files and can't find anything that looks like it. I ran malwarebytes software and did not help. Weird thing is the first reminder that pops up shows as pcw_9006 in task manager but I cannot find any such prog on my pc. The ad that comes up after it does not show up in task manager at all. There is no way to force quit or close it. I looked at startup programs for anything suspicious looking and looked at the registry. Can't find it.
I am totally baffled. I must admit I am new to Windows 10 (I had been mostly use my MAC desktop).

 

The Run Me First instructions for showing hidden files has no instructions for Windows 10--it has all the other versions.
