Is it true that very little film footage was shot of the actual attack, just the aftermath. Burning aeroplanes, sinking ships, etc.

A total surprise, (apart from the conspiracy theories, about un-acted upon communications), and a cowardly attack. Bazza

This is a news paper article my mother had in an album. Her family was from HI. but moved to the mainland before this. I think the picture must have been from a bay area paper being thats close to where they lived when this occurred.

 

It's been rumored that it was intentionally let to happen in order for the USA to join the war with little or no resistance.

Why two years? Because of the Holocaust?

 

WW2 started in 1939. USA entered the war in Dec 1941, because of Pearl Harbour, Holocaust was not common knowledge until 1944/1945. Bazza
