Pebble Peach Golf on Pogo

Hello everyone,
I have been trying to help a friend with a game problem on www.pogo.com . We play the Pebble Beach Golf game on Pogo. The game has 18 holes to play. I am able to complete the 18 holes. She plays to Hole 16, then she gets a "blue screen" on the game screen. We have tried to change settings in her privacy options, firewall options and have deleted yahoo toolbar and attempted to delete google toolbar (google toolbar keeps coming back somehow??). She is running Windows XP and the computer is less than a year old. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing the game to do this? This is the only game that it happens to. Thanks, Walt.
