I can't access my Kingston pen drive.

When I insert my pen drive I receive the message:

"You need to format the disk in drive M: before you use it"

When I try to format it I receive the message:

    "Windows can't format M
Check to see that the disk and drive are connected properly,"

When I go to "Computer" and click in "Removable Disk (M:)" I get the message:

    "M:\ is not accessible."

Any help will be very much appreciated.

    Best regards
