OK this was a quick thought but if I was to swap my Pentium 4 motherboard, processor and ram with my Pentium 3 motherboard, processor and ram would I have to do a reinstall on both systems. So I would put the pentium 4 bundle in where the pentium 3 bundle was and vice versa, if you get me???

Why not just swap hard drives between the two systems, as it should have the same end effect? This would probably be enough at one time for XP to ask for activation again, not mentioning the fact of drivers not being the same, and possible boot issues. :)

Changing so many diff things on a PC makes Wxp lockup on boot. Has hpnd to me.
