Per Site Privacy Actions not shown

    In IE7's "Per Site Privacy Actions" (Tools | Internet Options | Privacy tab | Sites), the number of managed sites shown seems to be limited to 100. I have added many more than that but they don't show up. They are all listed in registry however (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
    Settings\P3P\History    ). Is there a way (registry hack perhaps) to fix this?

    Also does having a large number of managed sites slow down surfing (I have dialup)?
