   I have 8 different DAT files of these in my temp folder.
   
   Could someone tell me if these are harmful files?

   6 of them deleted, but 2 will not delete. Couldn't find much on them when I googled it.

   Hi
   
   They are not harmful at all, they are Windows performance data files and the two likely not able to be deleted are ones in use by your system. The data they collect can be found in Reliablity Monitor and System Monitor.
