Ok, so, I got an ASUS mobo recently for my rig that has a 24 pin power connection. My power supply supports 20 or 24 pin with an adapter head. Not a big deal, computer is running fine (Hey, that's how I'm typing :) ). Here's the problem: my case is one of those fandangly contraptions with lights and motorized front panels and time displays and such. It is supposed to connect into the mobo, and the power supply then connects into it. The case though is 20 pin. It won't go into the mobo without a converter. I have bought two now (going in one direction or the other) but I still can't seem to get the case to go into the mobo and the power supply into the case plug even with adapters. I was thinking I need a female/female head instead of a male/female head or a female/male head but I don't think that is exactly right. Basically, my brain is not making the correct pathing work out. It's an easy problem for anyone with a bit of computer hardware knowhow, and thankfully it's not a life and death issue.

Anyone think they can solve this one?
