Hi guys
done all the stuff in the "do before thread" but still have the problem when searching on google, click one of the results and the browser goes elsewhere - random pages from porn to search pages. after the scans the problem isnt as bad but still there. I have 2 questions before i attach anything, if the RAV scan picks up C:\System Volume Information\_restore{14884B15-0F0E-4ECF-9A77-72EE52A8426E}\RP31\A0003788.exe as infected with Backdoor:Win32/Sdbot but does not delete is it safe for me to do it manually and secondly does the procedure for "do before you post" apply to all user profiles (couldnt do admin)

thanx for that, overlooked the SR for some reason.
