Persistent Error 15 In Yahoo Mail - Help Me Gang?!

I tried everything in the help file to no avail. It said it MAY resolve itself in a few hours hours but it has persisted for nearly a week.

I'm using the latest version of Firefox and have already cleared the cache as recommended in the help documentation.

Each time I open Yahoo Mail I get the attached screen. I must click on "Try Again" for the Mail program to launch. It's only a mild inconvenience but it wasn't happening until recently.You wonderful folks are the best people in captivity

 

After many months I just opened my Yahoo Mail without a problem.

The problem with that, as you well know, is that I lose all of the tweaks for FF that I have accumulated over the past 10 years. I'm hoping for a way to 'heal' FF as my first option. Meanwhile, I definitely appreciate your suggestion.

 

Seems like this issue is also unresolved at Yahoo. At least I can still get to my email messages while other users can't.
