PFConfig.exe Will Not Run In Normal Mode

I have purchased and downloaded PFConfig. It ran when downloaded then suddenly stopped.

I can launch and run the application in safe mode with networks but it will not launch in normal mode. When I click the Desktop Icon or the file name in Programs the cursor blinks as hour glass but nothing happens.

I'm using Windows XP Professional SP3 and Zone Alarm Extreme. I tried with Zone Alarm shut down, did not help.

Software supplier has no idea what to do & I cannot afford Microsoft's support fees.

Any help from the experts out there would be appreciated.

Scan for a virus you might have trojan or some thing eles.

I scan and clean up any findings every day. Does not help.

PFConfig is the software you get from portforward.com. I agree it works great, if I can get it running.
