Phone Connection To Computor

I recently purchased two new mobile phones a Sony Ericsson K770i and a Samsung G600 both are superb phones and take great pics and videos. My problem is I loaded the software provided so I could download pics and videos ok but every time time I try to connect the phone to the computer (either phone that is) I keep getting a window up saying cant find the device as there was a problem with the software download. I am tearing out my hair can anyone help. Paraman

Hi

Go to the makers website for both those phones and check to see if there is any updated software, as at times the software provided in the pack is outdated and depending on which Windows version your using ( and which one are you using? ) it may not work until updated.

If you are getting errors still, then please post, what Windows version you have and the full error message, especially if it has error codes.

Hi Halo, Everything is updated. What happens when PC Suite 3, which is the downloaded proggramme for my phone, asks me to connect my phone I do and then get this error message in window which is Titled ---Found New Hardware Wizard. The message shown is as follows "There ws a problem installing this hardware Sony Ericsson K770. An error occurred during the installation of this device. The data is invalid". There is no error message number. Thanks for your intrest Paraman
