Phone Dialer

Hey guys this is my first post on here.

I want to know if there is a phone dialer out preferably that uses the 56k built in modem, but also Skype or some other Voip thing might work.

Bacically what I need to do is get a phone dailer that I can copy and paster the same number in to. So for example if I ring 1234 up and I want to enter my phone numer which is 5678 I want to be able to copy and paste the 5678 bit in as oppose to having to dial it in each time. Is this possiable?

Are you wanting to use skype with DUN? I.E. Dial up networking?

On the second matter, I'm not sure what you are asking for. Basically, I'm confused, which isn't a first.
