Photo changes software

You folks are so smart....I know you can help me. A friend is having his 40th birthday..hehehe he's freakin' out. I want to change his regular boyish face to an OLD man...and use it for his birthday card....Can you help?? thanks,marianne

 

sounds like a photoshop request to me if i were any good i'd give it a try... but unfortunately I'm a beginner.
