Photo editor recomendation!

    I am looking for a photo editor for WIN XP Home. It seems all the ones I download don't quite match up to what I want. I would like one that:
    1. Is simple and easy.
    2. Can resize easily.
    3. Can change file format.
    4. Can rename in batch or individually.
    5. I'm not a photo editor, but being able to do some simple editing like Red Eye, a little color enhancing etc would be nice.
    6. Is free without spyware.

    Anybody have a favorite?

    The Gimp is a good one that's free. Might also try irfanview. It's free too.
