Photo gallery error 1706

    Every time I use my printer or go into my pictures this error 1706 comes up repeatedly. I hit cancel and it returns, again and again and again. I tried the windows installer clean up and that did not help. PLEASE HELP ME I can't take this anymore!!!!!

    Hi busyfamily,

    try going to control panel/default programs/set your default programs link.

    click on Windows Photo Gallery in the list and then click > Set this program as default.

    I cannot find the default program folder.

    It is listed in the top section of the Start menu above Programs, when using XP in classic or in 2K.

    Ok, I found the default setting area but there is nothing that says windows photo gallery UGH!
